Even if you call this people animals it would not be enough. People like Moninder Pandher and Surendra koli are beyond anything science can explain.

the sad thing is there are a lot of these type of animalistic people evrywhere. I know because there are two such people in my own family. They haven't committed any crime so far, but have all the potential of committing one. The good thing is these people are cowards, they fear of getting beaten up before they do any harm to neighbors but inside the house they are at their peak.
The animals in my family are different from koli and pandher in the fact they are not paedophiles or murderers. But they are sexually perverted. They can rape, sodomise given the chance.

And they are sadists. They harm other people and they derive emotional and sexual pleasure from that.

I have been abused a lot as a child. Exploited. Luckily i am a guy. if i was a girl i would have been raped many times.

There is no system that this type of people be brought to justice.
